Not only are these popsicles perfect for adults and kids alike, but they also require few ingredients and minimal effort.
We have 2 different strawberries and cream popsicles here today to share with you! For the first one, we blend everything is together until smooth, pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for a real creamy popsicle. The other ones have chunks of strawberries in them, which makes them look more decadent and would be great for your party guests.
For both recipes, you’ll need your favorite kind of strawberries – fresh or frozen will work. We also used some heavy cream and sugar for that extra sweetness, plus some lime juice for a bit of tartness. If you don’t have limes, you can also use lemon juice. As far as popsicle molds go, you can get reusable ones at most kitchen stores these days.
