Ingredients Needed for these Cream and Strawberry Popsicles
- 2 cups of fresh strawberries
- 4 tablespoons of honey
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
- 8 popsicle molds.

How to Make the Strawberry and Cream Popsicles
Step 1: Wash your strawberries thoroughly before cutting off the leaves and stems. Then cut them into small pieces for easier blending.
Step 2: Add your strawberries to a blender along with 4 tablespoons of honey and blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick for your liking, add a tablespoon or two of water to thin it out.
Step 3: In a bowl combine 1/2 cup heavy cream with 1 tablespoon vanilla extract and whisk until stiff peaks form (about 3-5 minutes). Carefully spoon in the strawberry blended mix.
Step 4: Pour this creamy mixture into each popsicle mold so that it reaches the top of each mold you may have some leftover mixture depending on how much you use per mold.
Step 5: Place in freezer overnight or until completely frozen through. To remove from molds either allow to thaw slightly or run warm water over them for a few seconds before gently pulling away from sides of molds with fingers or spoon handle.
